I am having this same issue of the lights do not turn on with the doors, but work fine manually and with ignition and keyfob unlock. I'd check the bulbs for the glovebox and boot first. All other interior bulbs work fine and everything else on the car is working. As I mentioned earlier, this is either a wiring fault or a problem with the boot latch. All rights reserved.

Find the black/blue wire coming from the latch, then connect between that wire/pin and a clean,unpainted metal part of the chassis with a spare length of wire.
