Your opinion matters. However, given the first shipments of the Prime went out less than 30 days ago, customers should be within their return windows for the time being. I bought 3 by the way. I happen to live in a very rural area in Indiana where the only wifi I connect to is at my house, and there are no other places nearby like a I tested the GPS before I re-installed my apps and it still didn't work. I can't promise we'll always catch everything, but we do try our best to catch as much as possible and we'll continue to do so in the future.

Almost certainly. If you have a device that can only connect to wifi within a meter of an access point it is fine becuse it can connect to the access point? Giving an answer like, turn on wifi to fix the problem is appropriate. ASUS has apparently noticed, and has actually removed GPS from the Prime's specifications page on their US website.
