A google search shows many people are having similar issues and the other day /u/Lamaomgrofl posted about not having sound at all so I thought I'd post this. I'm really tempted to try and fix it rather than wait weeks for a return. Its just annoying, I love the device and its an intermittent problem.

I have to very slowly work my headphone plug in and out of the Jack until it makes a connection. That may be what some of the problems I read here is.
