Honestly I've just been to lazy to take the rear deck and what not off to figure out what the problem is. The switch still lighted and clicked when pressed so, I assumed that it was fully powered. Thanks Matt. Sent from my SM-N910F works now 👍 weird why they're been swapped over in all 3 cases??
Both sides are fully connected to the rear glass, and the wiring as well as the contacts appear to be in good condition. I am pretty sure the circuit for the rear defogger is wired to the load reduction relay as well.

Do you know of a good source to get a repair kit? remove the d-Pillar covers and check the defroster leads for continuity to make sure you do not have any breaks in the circuit. 3. In this case it was easy to see the crack, but in other case like cruise control module it can very difficult to see it. Note that passwords are case-sensitive.

After calling an Audi Parts guy to figure out which relay controls the rear defroster, I was told that it is Relay #7 under driver's side dash panel. All rights reserved. What relay should I check? like doors module and cruise control module, cluster etc... By the time I got to the ground, it was already dark, so visibility into the console recess was limited. I wasnít suspecting it as the source of the problem. My rear windshield isnít tinted so, the defrost lines seem to have no chips or breaks.
