Ignore my previous post, once I pulled out the correct fuse it auto-magically worked. Did anyone ever come across a resolution for this, short of 1) replacing it with an aftermarket system or 2) replacing with another Symphony? Doesn't your car come with the original Symphony? check both fuses, they were fine but i decided to replaced them anyways. I had the same exact problem with my Audi 02 1.8t radio symphony.
