In the past we used different PBX software, with the same SIP trunk provider, and it was able to set the Caller ID properly. Put the VoIP phones onto the new POE switch, set up the VLAN, and established QOS. Right after the factory reset, I don't get caller id on OBi110 phone port for calls coming through Line port (PSTN).
