The bug for this specific page is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=921714 which recommends deactivate media.gstreamer.enabled, in the about:config as well. For the volume setting, I think it's not a problem. Content available under a Creative Commons license. HELP! navigate here

So to answer your question it seems to have been something that has stopped this from working. That should fix the problem! Can you tell what type of player it wants to use ? The only useful thing I can get out of it is that I have to choose "5.1" from Realtek's audio manager program. I would completely uninstall the existing Realtek drivers and programs (control panel, add/remove programs, device manager, audio devices, select Realtek and Uninstall).
