Autofitwidth Not Working

I checked the exact height and it is still less than the 409 point maximum. However, I have no merged cells in the row, and I have tried every vertical alignment setting, and still nothing will autofit the row. And Autofit makes the cells even smaller rather than making them as big as they need to be. I've learned to live with it most of the time.
