If that doesn't resolve the issue, next go into Device Manager and Uninstall the keyboard; then reboot (restart) the unit.
It almost sounds like a ‘macro’ (or maybe a custom "theme") has been set. I mentioned that shortcuts ‘activate' these features -- such as Tab+Enter, and a couple of Alt+a letter-- and so you may have turned them on unintentionally.
