I'll keep you updated after running this patch! I came into my senses and tried using the realtek keyword instead of the error I got from my computer that took me so long to find the fix. I've STILL got no sound.......GRRRRRRR! :-) If my onboard sound had developed a major fault, would there be any way of knowing this? If the error is due to Sound Card, try updating your sound drivers.
